Tim Dreadon has been selected to attend the Powering Potential event in Wellington from Monday 12 to Thursday 15 December 2016.

Tim will be part of a group of 40 Year 12 / 13 students who have a passion for science, technology and problemsolving.

As well as networking with like-minded students, Tim will also get to meet scientists and discuss the issues they face in solving problems.

The event will not only challenge students, but will also enhance their problemsolving, team building and collaboration skills.

Students will learn lots about themselves and be encouraged and mentored to think outside the square.

The aim is increase their motivation towards being divergent thinkers in the future.
