Manurewa High School has been announced a Leadership School with the Atamira Dance Company. 

Leadership school status is assigned by the Atamira Dance Company to schools who have demonstrated a long-standing commitment to performing in and attending Atamira education initiatives.  This includes school matinee performances and/or workshops delivered by Atamira Dance Company.
 
In recognition of our status as a Leadership School, Manurewa High will receive an original Atamira-designed certificate plus access to ongoing Atamira education support.  The dance company's first offer of support is a one hour personalised visit from Artistic Director and industry leader Moss Patterson.

Atamira Dance Company is the leading creator and presenter of Maori contemporary dance theatre in Aotearoa.
